You'll receive an email notification when you reach 80% of any limit. Your service continues uninterrupted — we'll reach out to discuss an upgrade. We don't hard-cut your service without notice.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime through the billing portal in your dashboard settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. The Free plan is available indefinitely with 50 calls and 100 minutes per month.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge if you're not satisfied. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds for completed billing periods.
