Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Prisma Voices subscriptions may be cancelled and the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1.

Subscription Model

Prisma Voices operates on a monthly subscription model. All subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your Prisma Voices dashboard and navigating to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan
  • Sending a cancellation request to admin@prismavoices.com from your registered email address

2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Service until that date. We do not offer partial-month cancellations.

No-Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to Prisma Voices are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription charges, whether partially or fully used
  • Overage charges for call minutes or WhatsApp messages consumed beyond plan limits
  • Fees for any billing period in which the account was active, regardless of actual usage

We operate a cancel-anytime model — you are never locked into a contract — but we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period as advertised on our website. No credit card is required to start a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected plan will automatically begin and the applicable subscription fee will be charged. Free trial periods are non-extendable.

5.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding Section 3, we may consider a refund or account credit in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • The Service experienced a documented, verifiable outage that substantially impaired your use for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period due to our fault
  • You were charged in error (e.g., due to a billing system fault or duplicate charge)

To request an exception, please contact admin@prismavoices.com within 7 days of the charge in question, with details of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6.

Account Deletion

If you delete your account, your subscription will be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period. Deletion of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

7.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
